Submission Process

Here you will find important information about the Media Festival and the submission process.

1 March – 31 August 2026: Submission Period

We welcome media on safety and health at work produced from January 2023 onwards. Productions can be from national and international organizations, enterprises and institutions, as well as from agencies and film makers, students and individuals. There is no limit to the number of entries you may submit or to the length of your productions. You can submit your entries here.

September-November 2026: Jury Work

An experienced international jury will meet to assess all entries and select the media products that will form the shortlist.

January 2027: Shortlist Announcement

The shortlisted IMFP media products will be announced on this website and on our social media channels.

27 April 2027: Special Media Session and Award Ceremony

From the shortlist, the jury will choose the winners of the IMFP 2027. The winners will be announced in the presence of a large audience during the Special Media Session at the XXIV World Congress in Dakar, Senegal.

27–29 April 2027: IMFP Cinema

All shortlisted and winning productions will be presented to an international audience in the IMFP Cinema program running throughout the World Congress in Dakar, where you will have the chance to see outstanding media about safety and health at work.
